REGISTRATION (after Sept 13th) Members (ISACA, IIA, ISSA) Non-members	3-Day $500.00* $650.00*	1-Day $250.00 $300.00.

* SPECIAL RATE: A $50.00 discount per three-day registration is available to companies with three or more paid three-day registrants. With every ten paid three-day registrants, the eleventh registrant is FREE! This is in addition to the $50.00 discount for the other ten.

Conference attendees will receive a certificate for 21 hours of Continuing Professional Education.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellation requests received on or before September 24, 2004 for paid registrations will be eligible for a full refund. Requests received after September 24, but before October 1, 2004 will be subject to a $75.00 cancellations fee. No refunds will be given for any cancellation received on or after October 1, 2004.
