The class will cover some of the critical success factors for managing a project. Some of the topics we will be discussing include setting project goals and objectives, establishing roles and responsibilities, setting up project controls and communication. Additional items to be covered are the Kickoff Meeting and managing the Project Charter. We look forward to seeing you there! |

SPEAKER |
Jan Bono (Principal, Ernst & Young, Technology Security and Risk Services) is an experienced technical project manager with over 15 years of experience in IT management. She has served several large global clients including. Most recently she has worked on complex Sarbanes/Oxley 404 certification projects to identify, document, and test all aspects of internal controls. Jan specializes in policy and procedure development and review, as well as assessments of Data Center operations and team structures. Jan holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. Jan and her husband, Chris, live in the hills of Martinez, CA. |
